Similar thing happened to Daly on the playoff hole at Houston. Some stupid camera man accidently kicked the ball while taking some photos. He would be allowed to place the ball if they knew the exact location. But since they didn't he had to drop as close as he could. Unfortunately for him the ball was sitting up before the camera man kicked it and we he dropped it, it went to a horrible lie. Wouldn't of mattered though, Vijay would of won it anyway.
