This is a difficult question to answer as a light weight to one person may be a heavy one to another.

If I was to specify a weight then it would be correct for some but not others.

If you pick up a weight that allows you to perform the exercise with good form throughout all repetitions mentioned this is the heaviest weight you should use. If you start to loose form then the weight is likely to heavy at present. In such a case drop down a weight and develop/strengthen the muscle before moving up again.
