decided against playing 18 holes today 1) because the weather was unpredictable and 2) saturdays round was soul destroying.so i decided going to the range would be a better bet! the rain had cleared up when i got there so i set up on the grass part of the range. i decided to really concentrate on set up and pre shot routine and low and behold im hitting every shot sweet. i save the last 20 balls for the driver and its the same old story fade/slice/fade so i draw my back foot back to no avail and then i set up square and put my front foot forward 2 inches and hit straight drives from then on.
is it acceptable to set up like this for driver or am i courting trouble further on down the line!
