Don't know if it is true or not, but I have heard that the 10 finger grip (instead of the interlocking) is widely used by people with arthritis. Your arthritis is in specific areas, so the 10 finger grip may, or may not work for you. I would think a good club fitter would be able to give you precise information on different types of grips, and shafts that could, or would ease your discomfort. GJS
