I'm on the lip of a greenside bunker on the fairway! the only way to play the shot weather a right handed or left handed player! would be to stand in the bunker!! now there is a local rule of a prefered lie within one clublength on the fairway but not nearer the hole! by taking a prefered lie of one clublength I could improve my stance,whereas i would not be standing in the bunker and therefore make the shot a lot easier!! is this not a breach of the rule of improving your stance?
