cool....good to know im on the right track. The best i can explain the shoulder turn is that i keep my left arm locked and stiff and just move my shoulders/chest in a way that it makes my left arm go up to the top of the back swing on the same plane that my arm will come down on. And during the backswing when your arms are extended to your right side(right handed golfer) and club is parallel to the ground....make sure your left arm is stretched out straight and as far as you can stretch it so you will have a wide arch in the backswing...this is also to keep you from bringing the club to the inside too much. watch these slow motion videos of tiger....the best one is the one where he is wearing the red shirt. notice how his shoulder turn and chest turn/tilt dictates where is left arm goes....which in on the same plane as the downswing.
