 Recovery of swing
Does any body experience the total loss of swing rhythm timing etc, without any real explanation. This has just happened to me and is driving me mad as well as bringing down my confidence. I know that tension is a major factor here, but when you are swinging well it is hard to understand the sudden loss. As i try to "fix" this issue, frustration introduces other problems such as shanking, topping, and in general swinging like a total beginner. Anyt advice welcome.
