I think the idea is generally that moving the weights would result in moving of the center of gravity of the clubhead. So if impact with the ball is in the exact same spot on the clubface then the relative positions of the CoG will result in different side spin. Heel biased CoG should result in clockwise spin (viewed from above) which would result in fade. While toe weighted should promote counter-clockwise spin or draw. I believe this is basic billard ball-cue physics.
Their weight system seems "ba$$-ackwards".
So how could they be telling the truth. Well the only thing I can think of is that a heel weight bias may promote more closing of the clubface during impact, than when it is toe weighted.
