Adding weights to
clubs has been going on for years, pros used to add lead tape to the heel to help hitting a draw or higher on the back to lower the flight on wet fairways so it definatley works.
The problem lies in Taylormade making to different statements on their web page.
If you have weight on the toe you promote a slice for sure and vic versa on the heel.
So they claim sold with the 3 wood TP you get 2 x 8 grams for a neutral flight and the 14 & 2 for the other two flights.
Yet the
R7 460 has only the 14 & 2, so now they claim with this club 14 toe and 2 heel is for a neutral flight and 14 heel and 2 toe is a draw.
I am going to ask what happens if I put my two 8s in the ports......what flight will I get.........?????????
