Have u tried getting yourself fitted for clubs. I would think u need longer than the standard shaft for your clubs. A great site is the Ping site. They have a general fitting section. I had regular clubs. This year I got a set of Ping i3's 1/2 longer than regular and a 2 degree upright lie. I am hitting them beautifully. I have gained a full iron on my shots. Hope this helps.
