Check with your doctor about massage therapy. A lot of times the median nerve is impinged by overly tight muscles.
My wife is a massage therapist and I've read in several of her massage magazines that a large percentage of CTS surgeries are unnecessary.
Many doctors don't recommend alternative treatments even though a lot of them are proven to be therapeutic. |
