| Re: Elbow Injury Hi
Sounds like oyu are suffering from golfers elbow.Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, is similar to its counterpart, tennis elbow. The primary differences between these conditions are the location of the pain and the activity that leads to injury. However, both conditions are cuased by overuse of the muscles and tendons of the forearm, leading to inflammation and pain around the elbow joint.
You really need to heed the advice from greg. If you continue to traumatise the medial ligament of the elbow , it will lead to ACUTE MEDIAL EPICONDYLITIS , and the rest period from this is a hell of a lot longer than 3-4 weeks, plus you run the risk of cuasing permanent weakness of the elbow, which basically means you will never fully enjoy your golf rounds.
Sorry to sound sound so blunt but you must REST IT.... |
