I have used The Secret along with Gregs drills with great success. I think the drills were most helpful. My Secret has gotten so much action the elastic is wearing out. The duct tape sounds like a good idea. I was hitting the ball the best in my life with this approach last year. Unfortunately I live in Chicago and did not swing a club for 5 months this winter and have "lost it".
