Have you ever watched a discus thrower perhaps? They really wind up the torso and weight onto the right, back to the target and then unwind with everything coming from the right and through to target ...

That's the same idea you want in a golf swing ... Swing back getting your back facing the target, all the weight onto a flexed right knee (like a discus thrower) shoulders titled and thr left shoulder under your chin ...

Practice the movement to get the feeling as if you were going to through a discus or frisbee with your right hand. Sounds an odd thing to practice but trust me it works. I use it often in teaching students how to get rid of a reverse pivot.
