just a thought, do the woods match the irons in lie and swingweight. if irons are being hit ok then it may be your woods are not matching, ie may be to flat by 1% OR 2% and toe hitting ground opening face a little, or maybe a diffrent shaft flex, get it cheched before you start changing your swing.
