I am not a pro but I think I saw some basic things on which you can work. Yep, you definitely had an outside-in swing. That is easy to see. Most everyone who begins golf has that problem. However, I think the first thing you need to work on is alignment. Your shoulders and hips should be aligned parallel to each other and the target line. The fundamental way to work on this is laying two
clubs or other long straight objects on the ground in front of you and pointing towards your target. Put your toes up against the nearest club set the club with which you are hitting just in front or behind the other one. Make sure your feet, hips and shoulders all line up along this line. That is how you address the ball. Maybe some of the other guys can explain it better or show you some pictures but in my opinion your alignment is way off. You have to work on this first before anything else probably. Another thing I noticed is that the ball seemed too foward in your stance. In the picture it almost looked like it was outside of your front foot.
