3w, 7i (or what ever is your average mid iron after a good teeshot), sw. Putt with your 3w.
Otherwise if you have to have a putter:
4i (or what ever is your average 2-shot long iron to your par 4's ends up being), sw, putter.
Most par 5's are 3 shots. 2 4i's, and a sw.
Most par 4's will be 2 4i's. If you know you are going to tee it off and be outside the normal 4i range, then play a slice to take some off, or play the draw to add some.
Par 3's are going to be the real challange. Practice the 1/2 4i. Choak up and use lots of wrist break/release. Play it as a slice and this takes a lot off it. It will come in low, but you have your sw to get you out of all your troubles. Most longer par 3's your 4i will be just right.
