2) check your alignment - out to in often results from open shoulders - you may need to square them up
3) posture - tilt from the hips with buttocks out
Once the above is set
put a shoebox just outside the target line behind the ball. Hit the ball without hitting the shoebox. Aim for in the inside quarter of the ball. this is a start anyway. hope this helps |
