Re: Stopping the left Wrist from Breaking

Try looking at the grip. I recently found that my grip may have been such that in hindered my ability to set the wrists properly. I had a grip where my left hand was strong, turned to the right with two or three knuckles shown on the left hand but my right hand was too much on top of the club. Strong left hand, weak right hand. The following article helped my get my grip right and have my hands and wrist working together. Scroll down to the link that reads: "The Lead Hand (Top) Grip" and go through those links illustrating the proper grip. Then go to "Related Articles" and read the section on the "Bottom Hand". This really helped me to set the wrists and release the club. The artilce really emphazsized how the V's need to line up and that the club most be gripped primarily with the fingers.
