| Re: Timing the rotation with weight shift Sandmac have you ever play baseball? no ok grab a club wherever sandwedge 3 iron driver.... grip the way you use to, now lift the club waist high, start a back swing stop at three o clock then swing to nine o clock but keep the whole movement from 3 to 9 make sure only upper body move and you lower body stand still do it few times(ten times) now asume the same position but this time the club head knee high and swing from 3 to 9 (ten times) did you feel the lower body want to join the upper body in the movement?
