| Re: what's my average distance for my WHT &HT im 5.8 and 175 pounds im hitting about 240..265 (my personal record in a golf course) no is not what you ht or # you got but EXCERCISE golf use a bunch of muscles we dont really use on daily bases and need to excercise the more strong they got the more distance you got triceps,lats,legs, wrists,abdomen muscles,fingers!!and stamina...really we golfers need stamina. |
