As a guy with a short neck I don't think I could lift my chin high enough. lol.

In all seriousness though, I'm not talking about turning the head at a 45 degree angle or anything that drastic. I get just a minor head turn caused by how much my shoulders actually turn during the backswing. Using my chin as a reference, I'm only talking about it moving a couple inches back during the backswing. With my shoulders turning almost 90 degrees during backswing, it is almost impossible to keep my head completely straight.
