i am in need of a regular routine.......i try for a few holes then i go back to just a couple of practice swings then swing away.......

is it that i just have to work on my focus on the golf course......i have heard the advantages of having a REGULAR routine at the range and on the course but cant seem to FINALIZE one set routine to follow
