Hi Go Low, saw your post from 2003 and wondered if you had moved to a One Plane Swing and how it had worked for you, trying it myself but when i lose it all the instructors i know try to get me back to a Two Plane Swing. If you do One Plane Swing does it feel like you are swinging inside quickly and very flat? Does swinging back by pushing the left hand / arm / shoulder sound right? I really feel the coil that is mentioned everywhere with this swing but not with a Two Plane Swing. Cheers Blackydog.
