What a difference! The ball just seemed to carry for days. My draws and fades were softer. Heel shots tended to have a bit more kick to them, compared to my r7.
The club cuts through the air like butter. Has a great sound at impact. Good response with solid shots.
No spray with this club, my shots stayed much tighter together.
Thanks again for all the help! |
I knew you'd like it. This is the first club I've ever hit that I can consistently get that little draw that I've been looking for for years.
It does have a great sound, doesn't it. Not that crisp
ping you get off regular shaped titanium drivers. I'd class it more like hitting a metal bucket with an aluminium baseball bat. When I go to the driving range I listen to the other golfers hitting.
ping ping ping. Then I let loose. BANG. Everyone turns to see what the hell made that sound. It gets some laughs because of that until they see how far the ball is going.
They say people born in February are different. That's me
They say people that play goalie in Hockey are different. You have to be to stand in front of 90 MPH frozen pieces of rubber. That's me too.
They're gonna have to add to that list. People who play HiBores (originals or clones) are different. I wouldn't want to be any other way.
