Thanks James. You have reminded me of something, I do place the ball as far forwards as between my left heel and toe, so I don't think that should be a cause. However, I am already using the longest tee available (rubber tee placed under a mat at the golf range) but it still feels a bit low as I'm using a 460cc driver. Should the ball mark be exactly in the middle of the head, or should it be at the upper half?

What you have reminded me is the fact that I've always had the tendency to move my upper body and head forward at impact. That's probably a good explanation for a descending blow even though it's already teed so far forward.

I need to work on it much more.. Everybody says 220yds is easily attainable, but I've been playing golf for more than 15 months now and still no more than 180 yds with my driver :|
