| Re: A little help Please!! Rh Drill You really shouldn't be forcing a release. They will unhinge as you rotate and whip your shoulders around. That will drop the arms, and the centrfical force will let the hands/wrists unhinge.
Have light grip pressure. This allows a free flow hinge to operate.
If you feel this is still a problem and you can't time your idea of this release, then to put it in terms that I think you want, when the hands are about hip hight is when you can let them go at the ball. |
