have his swing looked at and his ball speed and spin checked and see if he has the right driver and shaft. most young boys have hand me downs that dont match there swing and that means they dont hit the sweep spot and that means less distance,
its not about power it about putting the sweep spot of the driver on the ball square every time.
at 13 200yrd is not bad but i would get him checked as it could be loft of driver, wrong shaft type, or hitting down and giving ball to much spin, all new driver have stoped putting groves on sweet spot to reduce the spin, does he have a groved driver.
take him to a shop and have him hit a few and see if his distace improves any, as hes only 13 his swing will change lots over he next few years and he will grow so fast too so clubs wont last long maybe a few years at most.
