If you do not, and you had some, this can be the cause. And not just coffee, but soda can have the twitchies. Look at sugar too, Holloween candy running around the house, it's easy to grab a few and not think twice.
The basics in the stroke are as you saw, hands staying still, is essential. The adjustment to go left-hand-low was brilliant! Remove the twitch (whatever the reason) and you can probably go back to the r-h-l grip...unless you like the l-h-l now?
