There are several medical issues that should be considered. 1) Low blood sugar - especially if accompanied by weakness and sweating - will usually improve with some form of sugar 2) abnormal thyroid - particularly hyperactive thyroid but would think this would happen off the course also and 3) familial tremor - an intentional tremor that is inherited but I think you would notice this at other times. these usually respond well to a low dose betablocker.

Anyway, it may just be a case of the nerves, but you might want to consider having the above checked out by an internist if it doesn't go away. Mike.
