A simple way to increase body turn is allowing your left heel to come up on the backswing, it was always recommended by Nicklaus.
As a proud owner of his short game bible I can now understand the question better.

Something to remember about his backswing positions is that you should not seek to produce "coil" . Allow the hips, torso and shoulders to rotate together all the way through the swing. If you have flexibility problems with the 10:30 position then allow a soft bending of the left arm.
