I have NV shafts in my driver and 3 wood. When I tested a bunch, there was a definite difference between the NV and the NVS with the NVS producing a higher ball flight and feeling a lot whippier.

Note too sure of the TM70, but if the 70 indicates weight then that's a fairly light shaft for a hybrid which would make it a good ladies shaft.
