Thanks guys for the quick and helpful responses. It's another chilly day, but I'm hoping the range is open - if not I'll just do the same thing.

I think this swing wasn't the greatest of examples - my attempt to try to weight shift first and then let the arms be as passive as possible seemed to make the swing worst. I'm still working on the idea of weight shift - which is something I don't believe I focused on before. My takeaway is very inside because of the lack of arm movement. I checked out Greg's posting of the pro-swings and Jose M Olazabal's swing is something I'd really love to emulate.

I appreciate the help and I'm excited to get to working on the swing, I love that there is always something to work on, don't think I'll ever lose interest in this game.
