What Greg said. Toe droop is a real phenomenon. The idea is to be able to slip a quarter (North America) under the toe at address. I forget the British monetary unit that's used by comparison.

However, my question, regarding the monetary unit method - should the whole quarter go under the toe, or is the toe raised just enough to get the quarter under it?
