Oh yes indeed I do
and pnearn is right (at least in my case) it is caused by a severe OTT lunge at the ball intended to smash it miles.
Fingers crossed, the extreme OTT move only really manifests itself now for me with the woods which I think is as much mental as anything else - and when it happens I revert to a 6I or utility a la Aftford.
After a fair bit of work the drill that worked for me was
