As I understand it, on any individual Competition day (Stroke, Par or S/Ford), where the Comp of the day is not a team one (or Match Play), the players only scoring obligation is to put the number of actual strokes taken on the score card.

I don't believe a player can be DQ'd in a comp round if he puts an incorrect Stableford score for a hole provided the strokes taken are correct...

So, all dadvocate need do is ensure his correct strokes taken are recorded on his card, the match committee then have to work out his final stableford score for him...

Too Easy...




Of course, if (as I think this situation is) its just a social group of buddies, then I'm sorry to say, it appears that dadvocate will be on his own...
