Start by looking at your posture, alignment, grip and ball position.

Make sure you posture is athletic and balanced.

Make sure your alignment is para left of target for feet, knees, hips, shoulders and forearms

Check your grip is not too strong

Make sure the ball is not too fat forward in your stance for your driver and three wood.

If these are all fine then start looking for more complex solutions but a hook is normally corrected by fixing one of the above faults.
