| Re: Inner Golf! As far as I have read here is what I have incorporated into my game....
Try to feel the clubhead as it reaches top of the backswing; as it contacts the ball; as you finish the swing. Now have a phrase you can repeat at these three positions. I say One-And-Go. This serves couple of purposes - according to me - reminds me when backswing is complete; kicks of body to start the downswing; feel impact position; reminds me to complete swing as I say last of the phrase. It also maintains the tempo.
The idea is to keep self 1 (the one with instructions/tips) busy saying the phrase "one-And-Go" while the self 2(the one with skill) to execute the swing. Otherwise self 1 keeps telling what to do to mess up your swing.
