| Re: Golf Stretching Routine stretching after is what gets you flexibility. stretching before then going out and playing, which tenses your muscles will not give you the long term flexibility. with the knowledge I have gained, if you want to get flexible, I would say warm up well before your game,first go putt, chip, ptch, half and then full swings and you will be fine for your round.
