It's a bit of a moving target, I guess the issue is whether I am at my personal best or my potential best. At the moment I am near my personal best, but not what I consider my potential best.
I have to say this site has helped me a lot in the last year, it has made me consider and think through what I need to do in my own game by looking at other members problems and making an effort to understand other viewpoints. I have been in some battles here sometimes but always come away with something I can attribute as a positive outcome.
