Is that actually what's going on? I can't tell without video. I can tell you that this idea of the hands lagging behind has caused me more trouble than I care to think about. Making a nice, smooth, synchronized swing produces good results for me. I'm also a 23 handicap - so take that into consideration.

As for your gear, get thee to a clubmaker. Get it spec'd for loft and true flex. Your S may be an A, or soft R. If you're truly gaining more clubhead speed, then you very well could be overpowering the shaft.
thanks for the input, I will take that into consideration. But one question did you mean that with a stiffer staft I will have less feel, but I will have more control, because I would be fine with that.
