I have worked on a few changes recently, one of them was to try Greg's Right hand drill for medium/short shots which although were not bad I have seen room for improvements in consistency. I struggled a little with the concept for a while and rotating the shoulders that amount seemed alien to me, I must say that the improvement in accuracy with Pitch and chip shots is great now, I have also found it to be good with mid irons.
