Like TID said, your ballflight is what ultimately dictates lie angle. If they're going straight at target (drawing/fading is a different matter), leave them alone. If you're consistently starting the ball one side or the other, bend to correct.
I found a golfsmith near my house who will check my lie angles for free, and will adjust each club, if necessary, for $3 a club. I also need new grips on my wedges too
