Question Wet Weather Golfing......

YAY!!!

Finally we are getting some decent rain down here......!!!!

Following a record dry spell across summer, aside from all those very good things this means for our water storages and stuff like that down here, it also means I now have to negotiate my way around my course tomorrow in the rain. First time for a long time...

I'm sure if I looked hard enough, I'd find some tips in here about the question I have, but, what the hey. I'll ask again anyways...

The going will be soft under foot and I have already arranged an extra towel or two in the new bag. My question relates to ball choice.

Given the likely soft ground conditions, is a "distance" ball going to be the more prudent choice over a soft covered "spin" ball...?

Cheers
