Bulldog......
We all have bad days on course, even the Pro's.
I know full well the frustration of a bad shot and the compound effect the resulting "brain fade" can have on a round...
For me, the hard part of golf is (after a really poor shot that leaves you in all sorts of trouble) forgetting "why" the ball is sitting where it is sitting and focus solely on what you need to do next with a clear mind.
That said, you have summed things up so well for yourself, in that you have found the positives the round contained and are now looking forward to your next opportunity to get out and prove to yourself that last round was a "oncer" and a direct result of your not following your own plan.
Mate, what's done is done...
Or something like that...
Cheers
