Ideally I'd take a club that would leave me short of the bunker (assuming the same club gets me past the trees).
From there, if I was in my 'go zone' (inside 150) I'd pull the appropriate club and play away from danger. If the green is truly surrounded by bunkers, then I'd play short and try to get up and down. If there's a bunkerless area, I'd play with a tendency to miss that (ie if the backside isn't bunkered, I'd play to go long).
