Alright, today is the last day of the regular season for the league. We need to win today to be guaranteed a playoff spot. A loss and we have to count on other people.

Well we had a hail storm come through here about a month ago, so I spent all evening last night helping my dad do some roofing. I'm a website developer so being in great shape isn't really one of my key points. I am terribly sore today, from my feet to my neck.

I'm praying that my wife has a cancellation today before my appointment (she's a massage therapist).

Anybody have any good suggestions on warming up on those days that your particularly sore?
