Been there, done that (YUCK)
The last few months I have been focused on keeping the club in front of me as I turn (pure stuff going on)...Not snatching it back anymore,under the shaft angle or over or whatever,but there have been alot of threads on this and I actually have/had one myself....Could be as simple as standing to close at address( who know's ) unless we see. But it's obvious the hosel is catching the ball first, possibly throwing the club at the ball with to much in to out with the flatter swing.......
See where the butt of the club is pointing at on the backswing at 9:00 to 10:00, if it's pointing way outside the target line
....Anything can happen.
