i alway wondered about why
Ping did not use them, i do have a 3 iron with a graphite shaft and also don't have a furrel on it, i have had the 3 iron about two years and it don't feel diffrent to the steel shafted clubs i have in the rest of the set, all my irons are Zings, real big heads. i love how the feel when you hit the ball. very forgiving and have lots of feel to them. my driver and 3 wood with graphite shafts seem to come out the hosel without furrel too. is
Ping the only one that does this??? seems strange if it is.
It's great having someone with you knowledge and experience here to help us that know nothing about club building or the why and whats of club making.
