I am not really sure why I score so high. One reason is I play way too risky and I end up in the woods alot. Which really isn't that big of a deal if that was -1 stroke. But the wookds on TV the pros play in seem so perfect, I always end up in front of a root or right behind a tree ect. (that same day I played the last two holes so well, I actaully hit a drive straight on a dogleg that I was meaning to hook and it landed on a pinecone. How does that happen, I had to hit my 9i "teed up" about 2-3" off the ground. I never hovered my 9i before and actually I hit it well, never heard it hit the ball so clean before. but i digress) and I also am very stuburn (ie. tin cup "Another ball, I know I can make that shot") So I try to hit miracle shots and 45-90 degree bend shots (which I have done before so even more tempting) and I end up killing it strait and now instead of 150 yrds away, I am about 200yrds away. So I think my recover skill is the biggest culritp, comes in a close tie with my course managment and dumb playing. My putting is always a 2, vary rarley a 1 or a 3. My short game is pretty good since there is usually no woods that can get in the way of my short shots.

And again I was telling a story of how I was sucking and then felt my swing return before I hit thooe 2 beautifu l holes. I was exhuasted (walking) and chasing my ball all day so I didn't keep playing, but had I did, I think I would have played much much better. When I was holding my shoulder back it caused me to move my whole body across the ball in order to impact it causing wicked pulls and fades. I actually think I hit a few dirves with front spin on the ball, it had a high trajectory, but as soon as it got to about 100yrds out it droped fast and rolled a long way.

So that 115 was not because of my bad previousl play not the birdy and the par. I actually had a 175 yrd (which is my 9-8i) and I took out a 7i and I landed about 40 yrds short. which just shows how bad I was plyaing, and it was a pull about 30 yrds off line.
